Indigenous peoples control nearly a quarter of the Amazon. They are key to its survival.
Your donation will help expand community based forest monitoring and protection in indigenous communities across the Amazon. This the most effective means we have to protect the Amazon and the indigenous peoples who depend on it for their survival.

- Quickly train indigenous forest monitors to analyze satellite-based deforestation alerts to identify deforestation and fires on their territories in near real time.
- Enable community monitors to rapidly investigate the deforestation alerts first hand.
- Support communities to take effective actions to stop the deforestation.
